Introduction
Promptlywise is an AI Prompt Generator that helps users create prompts for AI tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when users visit the website, use the prompt generator, submit the contact form, or interact with related pages.
Information users provide
Users may provide name, email address, subject, message through the contact form, prompt idea or context, selected niche, selected prompt options, and generated prompt request details.
Prompt generation data
When you use the AI Prompt Generator, the information you enter, selected options, generated prompts, technical metadata, and generation status may be processed internally for operation, debugging, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and service improvement. Prompt inputs may be processed to generate or improve the requested prompt output. Promptlywise does not use individual prompt inputs to train its own AI model. If third-party AI providers are used, prompt inputs may be transmitted to those providers only as needed to provide the requested feature.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject, message, source page, technical metadata, and submission time may be stored so the team can review and respond to your message. Your message will be securely submitted to the Promptlywise team for review. We normally respond to support, feedback, and business inquiries within two business days.
Authentication/account data
Promptlywise does not currently offer public user accounts, signup, or saved workspace accounts. Admin access uses configured backend credentials and signed tokens for protected operational routes.
Browser and session history
Promptlywise may keep prompt history in the browser session to improve the user interface experience. Browser-session history may clear when the session ends, but internal operational records may still be stored according to the service’s backend retention settings.
Cookies and similar technologies
Promptlywise uses local storage or similar browser technologies for interface preferences and browser-session prompt history. Promptlywise also includes Vercel Analytics, which may process limited usage and technical information according to Vercel’s terms and privacy documentation. Promptlywise has integrated Google AdSense or Google advertising technology. In connection with advertising, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to provide, measure, limit, personalize, or otherwise support advertising depending on location, consent choices, Google account settings, and Google’s policies. Where legally required, consent choices may be presented before certain advertising technologies are used.
Advertising
Promptlywise has integrated Google AdSense code on the website to connect the site with Google advertising services. The presence of this code does not necessarily mean advertisements are already displayed; ad serving may depend on Google approval, site configuration, geography, consent status, and Google’s policies. Google may use information about visits to Promptlywise and other websites according to its own policies. Users may have controls relating to personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings and related privacy controls.
Third-party services
Promptlywise may use Vercel for frontend hosting and analytics, Railway for backend hosting, Supabase PostgreSQL for backend database storage, WordPress for blog content, AI model providers for prompt generation, Google AdSense or Google advertising services, and SMTP/email providers if contact-email delivery is enabled.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide the prompt generator, process contact messages, improve the website, debug errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand usage patterns, and support advertising or analytics features that are integrated or enabled.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are normally retained only as long as needed to respond to support, feedback, or business inquiries, unless longer retention is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. Admin authentication records, prompt-generation records, and operational records may be retained as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. Server logs may be retained for a limited period for security, debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Deletion requests
Users can request deletion of contact submissions or account-related data by contacting dagenticx@gmail.com. Requests should include the email address used on the site and enough context to locate the request.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them. Users should not submit private credentials, API keys, confidential business data, financial details, or sensitive personal information.
Children’s privacy
Promptlywise is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age required by their local law should use the website only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information, they can contact dagenticx@gmail.com to request review or deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
